I think the diary gives a good insight what awaits you.The recipes look really good.I was wondering what you eat in the evening when there is no bread and I came up with low-carb bread there.I have already done it myself.Is very simple and tastes really good toasted.I just avoided sweets for some time and it worked out well, but at some point I slipped back into old habits and now I could eat 1 pack of milk cuts, 24 over-eggs and 2 packages every day without hesitation.That's why I try to do it with a complete waiver.The only problem I see, nuts.Alternative has to come from.Nut allergy stop.Otherwise I found everything quite well.I've already got the book.
