Fallen for a fake shop: You can do that
If you have fallen for the fraudulent scam of a fake shop, you should definitely keep all receipts for the order and subsequent (money) transactions. This includes all e-mails, screenshots of the offer and the order confirmation. Since offers in fake shops are fraudulent, you can have the incident checked at a consumer advice center in your area and, if necessary, report it to the police and file a criminal complaint.
If you have already transferred the money for the product, you should contact your bank or payment service provider (PayPayl, Klarna, etc.) immediately and try to stop the payment. However, with normal bank transfers, there is a limited period to withdraw such a payment. If you bought the money via direct debit, you can reverse the procedure up to eight weeks later, depending on the bank.
