Send pictures, videos and voice messages in Signal
Photos, videos and audio files can also be sent with Signal.Tap the camera symbol to take a new picture directly.Alternatively, tap the Plus icon to import an existing photo or video from the gallery-several files can also be marked at the same time.Note that video attachments must not exceed a certain file size.
All media content is initially stored separately and encrypted by Signal on the device, so that other apps have no access to it.If you would like to put the content in your regular gallery, tap the three points in the top right and choose "All media content".Now mark all the pictures and videos and then click on the download button.
Speech messages can be recorded in two different ways in the app: either you tap and keep the microphone icon in the input line to collect your message-as soon as you let go, the recording is sent.However, it is more practical if you pull the button upwards after tapping.Then you do not have to hold it down during the recording and can also cancel the message before shipping.
