Hello, I'm an online retailer. I see many comments from people who say that there is no problem because Aliexpress is much cheaper and still works well and delivers exactly right, so what is the problem? But that is not the point. As an online dealer in the Netherlands, I have to comply with some rules that ensure that consumers are well protected and therefore ensure that they can order trustingly and safely online. One of these rules is, for example, the right to trial period. I have to give people who buy from me the opportunity to try the product (!) And to have it returned if they don't like it. The result is that I have a pretty big one Return flow, which costs me a lot, only the costs for the return shipping, but also unpacking, checking and editing the returns, reprocessing- as far as possible- etc. to get an idea of what that costs; in the Most of the cases, it is cheaper for us as a web shop to simply throw away the returned product instead of preparing it again for sale. Salvas for our margin, bad for the environment, etc. Then I can possibly offer my products 30% cheaper. I can still offer the same high service without costs a lot of money. n Valuated from Aliexpress or other Chinese providers that would be a disadvantage that without these rules, entrepreneurs could abuse with less good intentions. They can legally get away if they offer bad service. I don't think that we should want that. The point is that AliExpress does not have to adhere to all of these rules, but it intervenes into the same market in which we work. This is not initially not fair for me as a hardworking entrepreneur, but also for you as a consumer, it is undesirable So it is true that many sellers on Aliexpress seem to offer good service. But they don't have to be taken, they do not deliver or they are dissatisfied with the product delivered, then they have to deal with it and can actually whip their money, which is why I find it It is only normal for Aliexpress to comply with the same rules as what I also have to keep. This is fairer for me and other European online shops and better for us as a consumer.
