With its new Deploy Now offer, the German Hoster Ionos wants to make it easier to maintain websites.Developers can save their code in a repository on Github.With each push of a change, the new code is automatically played onto the Deploy now website via a Github action workflow.There is your own preview URL for every branch in the Github repository, so that the website can be developed safely in live operation.
Deploy Now is particularly suitable for static websites.They can be found in pure HTML5, but also with the common web frameworks Angular, React and VUE.JS or with site generators such as Jekyll, Hugo, Gatsby or Next.Create js.Ionos recommends the JamStack approach, in which JavaScript code in the client communicates with services on the Internet via web apis, while the markup is generated when delivery of the content via a (Static) site generator or a framework with template support.
