I can't confirm the last one from what I have noticed so far.If you z.B.The Stonewars stream for the Ninjago Gardens with Markus Rollbühler looks, so there are often “non-team” at the desk and ask what you do or bring ideas with you.And in the designer videos you can see that some people also appear on various topics (the designer of the Central Perk Friends figures was z..B.also involved in the Great Hogwarts Castle).But again here: Assuming ~ 10 people work on the big topics (Star Wars, Ninjago, Technic, City, Harry Potter, Friends, Creator 3-in-1), plus the Advanced Models and Ideas models, then designer*Inside the minifigures / decals across all topics, a lot of people just come together and not everyone knows everyone so well anymore.
