I can only confirm all of this when I bought my daughter a winter jacket that looked appealing in the photo, but then received a completely different one. It was a rag, not a jacket! We wanted to send the jacket back and get our €85 money back. However, China only offered us a credit note of 5 € with the note that we could give the jacket away to dear friends. I then applied for buyer protection with PayPal and got my money back, which would not have been the case if I had not paid with PayPal. If you buy cheap, you buy twice, hands off Chinese goods!
