Automattic is now distributing an update with version number 15.1 for the WordPress app for iOS on the blogging platform of the same name. With the new version, you now have access to a library of free GIFs through Tenor that you can add to any post or page using an Image Block. The animation is even displayed directly in the editor as you create it. The block editor has another set of improvements, which I've listed below. In addition to these updates, you can now choose which pages you want to use as your homepage and post page right in the Pages list. And there's an app-level toggle to choose between light and dark theme. The update with version number 15.1 requires a device with iOS 11.0 or higher and can now be downloaded from the iTunes App Store. More information about this update can be found below or in the iTunes App Store.
